Hjemsendelse av avdøde til utlandet
Alfa Begravelsesbyrå kan ta hand om alle praktiske forhold i forbindelse med hjemsendelse av avdøde til utlandet. Vi trenger navn, adresse og telefonnummer til mottaker av kisten i hjemlandet, samt avdødes pass. I de fleste tilfeller trenger vi også kontakt med avdødes ambassade for å klarere hjemsendelsen av den avdødes kiste. Noen ambassader trenger Apostille stempel fra Fylkesmannen i Norge på dødsattesten. Vennligst kontakt oss for å gjøre en avtale.
Repatriation
In the event of the death of a foreign national in Norway, Alfa Funeral Home is able to assist with all practical arrangements of their repatriation. We need the name, address and a contact phone number of the person who will receive the casket in the home country, as well as the original passport of the deceased. In most cases we will also need to contact the corresponding embassy to the nationality of the deceased to arrange the necessary documents for the transport of the casket. Some embassies require the documents to be certified by a notary public and stamped with the public authority’s official stamp. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Odprowadzenie zwłok do kraju ojczystego
Biuro Pogrzebowe Alfa zajmuje sie wszystkimi praktycznymi sprawami zwiazanymi z odprowadzeniem zwłok z Norwgii do kraju ojczystego. Potrzebujemy: imie i nazwisko (dowód tożsamości), adres zamieszkania i numer telefonu osoby odbierajacej trumnę w kraju ojczystym oraz paszport osoby zmarłej. W wielu przypadkach konieczny jest takźe kontakt z ambasadą kraju, z którego pochodzi zmarła osoba, w celu uzyskania dokumentów niezbędnych do przekazania trumny w kraju docelowym. Niektóre ambasady wymagają autoryzowanego potwierdzenia aktu zgonu. Uprzejmie prosimy o kontakt w celu uzyskania pełnych informacji dotyczących odprowdzenia zwłok oraz uzgodnienia ewentualnych szczególów.
